Associate Development Director, based in Dubai, responsible for all business planning, feasibility and funding of a US$4 billion 120 ha mixed-use development in Rabat, Morocco. As the Emirati Project Leader was responsible across three major developments and a member of the Board, I managed all aspects of the day-to-day business planning, preparation for marketing and sales, preparation for staging, commissioning and municipal management, feasibility and financial management, bank finance due diligence and all reporting to the various executive committees.

Director, Capital and Asset Management, responsible for the capital works program valued at AUD$2,500M (rolling program of $500M pa). This role included direct responsibility for strategic planning, health planning, design and construction (or refurbishment) of 20 major hospitals and 48 small country hospitals including infrastructure. Major achievements included introduction of program approach to redevelopment of each Health Service, coordinating health service planning and consequent capital, IT and human resources development across each region, achieving significant recurrent cost efficiencies and enhanced community focus. This role required close liaison with the Minister’s office and carried significant political impact.
