Ensured the timely completion of over 400 projects across multiple sectors throughout a 20+-year period, including challenging projects within the healthcare sector:
- Pfizer – Oversaw 7-year renovation-management project in the company’s Stamford plant and offices, including core/shell construction and build-outs of clean rooms and offices. Sold administration on after-hours work initiative (“Night Owl Work”) that proved to be a huge success (new construction with zero interruption in work productivity and lower insurance rates for Cannon due to limited risk).
- St. Josephs/Stamford Hospital – Led gut renovations, core/shell construction, build outs, construction management schedules, and unique challenges related to logistics and timing of events. Maintained high degree of accuracy in construction costs critical to the requirements of the healthcare operation.
Retained large number of employees for long periods of time who shared the company’s vision and focus on quality/service excellence. Trained and coached management personnel to the point where they directed operations successfully, freeing up more for big-picture planning and business development initiatives.
