Responsibilities included assisting with the successful construction management of over $250 million in multiple municipal capital improvement infrastructure projects. Provide assistance in the preparation of quantitative material takeoffs and construction cost estimates; Assisted with the resolution of discrepancies between contract drawings and existing field conditions; Tracked project budgets, work plans, and production schedules.
