Perform Physical Security surveys for major clients such as Mitsubishi Motors of America, Westinghouse Nuclear Services, and Rolls Royce as well as state agencies. As an element of these surveys, I identify vulnerabilities and corresponding counter measures using electronic security system upgrades, force protection elements or a combination of both. When requested, I act as the client’s agent in the formulation of RFPs, perform the technical review of bidder responses and then review and approve the design package, construction activities and acceptance testing. In some cases, I provide the design for the electronic security system concept and cost estimations. Most recently, served as Subject Matter Expert in developing technology response to secure contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Performed work for DTRA to secure biological weapons of mass destruction in research and storage facilities located in former Soviet Union.
