Acquisition expert designed and awarded a $100M, 5-year task order driven, cost plus award fee, customer funded contract for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental impact statement/environmental analysis document preparation for mission realignments, and environmental site assessments. Created Modern Aircraft Depot from dilapidated British WWII airfield. C-130s, A-10s, HH-53s, and C-135 repaired on site in First Year. Resurfaced all pavements and even lengthened the runway and added twin BAK-12 Aircraft Arresting Systems for each approach. Every facility was upgraded to American standards.
