I was hired and brought into this project late in the game. The job was in serious trouble, due to it being the companies first one and a very under qualified Project Manage/Superintendent. Was able to help turn things around, that included a very dissatisfied Building Department (had not passed any inspections for the 3 months prior to my arrival). One of the more challenging situations of my career.

Bonaventure Place, 206 unit retirement & assisted living community located at 5850 5-mile Rd. Boise, ID. Broke ground on this 203,635 sq. ft. building in May of 2006 and completed it in September of 2007, approximately 17 months. Supervised everything from the site development (under ground utilities, roads & parking lots) through all Final Inspections, including the owner’s very thorough “Punch List”. This project met completion date and budget goals.

Was able to build four to eight average size homes within a 70 to 90 day completion time frame. Performed “walk-through” with home buyers and follow through with extensive customer service program to establish satisfied customers and possible referral sales.
