• Built out of ground building at corner of Kingshighway and MLK. (Blockbuster and restaurant)
• 15,000 office building addition out of the ground. Worked with soil engineers, structural engineers and architect to assure proper location for building. Was on site superintendent.
• Built new building for Energy Petroleum out of the ground.
• Built addition to Plastic Company. We needed to pier building because of underground spring. Worked with soil engineer and core drilling company.
Knoebel Construction 1997-1998
Superintendent. Worked with all trades. Made sure all worked was being carried out by each subcontractor per his or her contract.
• Build-out for Northern Reflections at Mid Rivers Mall. Worked to meet all scheduling for grand opening.
• Built Trailhead Brewery at Lambert Airport. This required federal clearance and working with airport officials as well as Project Manager from Host international.
Capitol Construction 1996-1997
Superintendent. Worked with mall officials and project manager from each company.
• The original Starbucks in St. Louis Galleria. Cut into and reinforced exterior masonry wall for expansion. Worked with local trades as well as outside trades. Made sure project was ready for shipment of fixtures as well as opening on time. Worked with local fire marshals and inspectors.
• Victoria’s Secret- West Palm Beach Florida. Travel out of town to complete this project. Responsible for identifying local municipality and applying for permits. Finding local trades to do partial work on project. Worked with company project manager and local manager to assure completion date for relocation.
Helmkampf Construction 1995-1996
Superintendent. Worked with office personnel as well with developer to assure completion. Delivered project on-time even through concrete strike. Completed tenant finish. Worked from established benchmarks as well as excavating stakes.
• Mcknight Crossing – Two-story retail office center at corner of Mcknight Rd. and Manchester. Relocating historical house from the site. Demolition of existing building and the construction of new. Soil engineers were used to assure proper compaction. Welding Inspections were given on the all steel structure. As the project progressed was responsible for the tenant finish within the retail area. These included: Hollywood Video and Edward Jones.
• Sunnen Corporation- worked with excavator to develop parking lot.

Full Journeyman Carpenter. Completed the apprenticeship program of the Carpenter District Council.
