Contract position involved completion of a MCA (Manufacturing Capability Assessment) for Delphi/Ford. Helping to complete work on the TS-16949 Quality System and developing a comprehensive Health and Safety plan for the company.
• Took MCA plan from 46% to 93% in 8 weeks.
• Developed procedures and protocols to meet TS- 16949 standards
• Built a “Model Cell” to demonstrate production intent to Delphi/Ford.

Position involved project management, product design, materials selection, vendor interface and working within cross-functional teams in the automotive actuator and solenoid market.
