Established and maintained option budgets for five product series. Created job budgets and issued purchase orders. Managed plan review and implementation. Contributed to a reduction in Direct Construction Cost of more than $100,000 during Centex’ Fiscal Year 2008 through refined material estimation practices, material quantity verification, and cost negotiation.
