Designed, implemented and provided technical support for multiuser network, hardware, software, backup and email systems. Implemented a IBM PC system in 1985, a break from the conventional IBM minicomputers of the time. Setup remote access systems and cloud based collaborative systems
Proficient in using, installing and supporting multiple software packages, among which are Windows (All versions), Windows Server 2003 (SBS), Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint.
