Coordination and scheduling of all contractors and vendors to meet construction goals and deadlines as well as assuring a top quality product to our customer. Daily responsibilities to include, daily construction reports on the progress of each site, scheduling of all trades and vendors. Identifying any deficiencies between blueprints, purchase orders and work preformed.  Direct supervision of numerous subcontractors. Responsibilities include: coordination of construction, scheduling and training of subcontractors in new home construction, implementation of policies and procedures associated with construction, thorough knowledge of all building trades i.e. electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc, combined with strong skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, scheduling inspections with city personnel, and coordination with other local agents as required. Also supervision of the home building process from site survey to certificate of occupancy.

 implemented their in-house line crew program from the ground up in Savannah, GA. Worked as the Aerial Foreman for coax new build and retro build plant. Hired and trained linemen and ground hands. Built company up to three working line crews, which produced twenty to twenty-five miles per month.

 Construction of single-family tract homes. Duties included: slab layout, framing interior and exterior walls, setting windows and all aspects of framing roof to include the hips, valleys, crickets and sheeting.
