Job responsibilities were as follows, schedule all union trades, (framing, masons, electricians, plumbers & company foremen / staff, average work force per day was approx. 60 men on site at anyone time. All crews were to check in & out at the on site construction office for record keeping / safety & review. Responsible to verify all required inspections and work were met as contracted prior to payment of invoices.
Ordering of materials, timely decisions hiring & layoffs of in house staff.
Daily review of on site progress & safety & meeting with the clerk of the works.
