Strengths entail Coordination of subcontractors, keeping subcontractors on schedule, looking ahead for potential delays & problems, having a Can-do attitude, running a safe job and contractor/customer relations.

Methodist Home for Children ($3,800,000)
I oversaw the renovation of Methodist Home. This was a historic 4 story orphanage. This including a total demolition of all the interior floors. Renovation of residential floors. Replacement of 300 gothic windows. Installation of new elevator.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Essex Condominiums ($8,000,000)
I oversaw 18 high end condominiums consisting of 3 historic commercial buildings totally gutted and renovated. With the addition of one new structural steel stud 4 story building. (Average sale price per unit $1,200,000)
Brinks ($8,400,000)
I oversaw the complete construction of this new state-of- the-art money warehouse (63,000 Sf.). The building consisted of steel and tilt-up precast plank. The many layers of security made this job a real challenge.

Academy of Music ($7,300,000) - Project Manager & Superintendent
I oversaw the renovations of the historic Academy of Music (150 years old) as Project Manager and Superintendent. Renovations of the Academy of Music including the modifications to the stage area, original green room, dressing rooms, all historic stone floors, exterior elevations, addition of new fire alarm system and replacement of building chillers.
Kimmel Center ($7,000,000) - Project Manager & Superintendent
I oversaw the renovations of Verizon Hall main stage and back stage areas to accept the Worlds Largest Pipe Organ (7,200 pipes)
Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital – Superintendent
I oversaw the construction of underground utilities at future site of new hospital wing.
Clemens Construction Company, Inc., Philadelphia, PA 1/02-10/03
PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Contacted by Clemens Construction in December 2001 and offered the position of Project Manager where I worked in the Small Projects Division. Where I managed multiple projects ranging from $10,000 to $3,000,000.
I returned to the field to oversee Commerce Bank Call Center ($18,000,000) as the project superintendent. This 150,000 sq ft. Call Center involved complete interior demolition of existing building, demolition of main entrance to allow new three story Glass and Steel Atrium to be erected. New construction included high end office finishes, data center and new electrical & mechanical services.

SUPERINTENDENT
Marmaxx Corporation Distribution Center ($66,000,000)
Served as a Superintendent on this 125-acre project, which consisted of a 1.3 million square foot east coast distribution center for T. J. Maxx and Marshals. This project also included 20-acre adjacent landfill. I oversaw the completion of the steel structure, installation of pre-cast panels, and exterior insulated panels. Coordinated contractor’s completion of the roof. Scheduled all trades, deliveries, cranes and other heavy equipment. Coordinated, planned, and supervised the daily activities of 100-200 personnel. Inspected completed work to ensure accuracy. Worked within allocated budget and met all deadlines on time.
Parkway Corporation Parking Garage, 9 stories ($25,000,000)
This project was nine stories, 1,000 space parking garage with a first floor retail space. It was a post tension poured in place structure. Performed field supervision of 100 workers. Oversaw all trades, deliveries, and scheduling of heavy machinery and cranes. Enforced safety programs. Involved in project from conception to completion. Managed various business aspects of this post tension poured in place concrete structure, interpreted blueprints and schematics. Ensured this project met safety codes/regulations.
JMB Associates, Philadelphia, PA 3/98-6/00
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Pennsylvania House ($25,000,000 - 161 condos) in Philadelphia, PA.
I oversaw the complete abatement, interior demolition, and renovation of this existing 20 story building. Interiors including 6 new twenty story elevators and complete new mechanical and electrical systems and fit-out of 161 high end condos.
Jennings Street Apartments ($11,000,000 - 84 Apartments) in the Bronx, NY.
Served as Lead Superintendent on this new 10 story block & plank apartment building, which included coordination of all subs. Stayed with project until residents moved in.
Clemens Construction Company, Inc., Philadelphia, PA 7/88-3/98
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Hilton Hotel – ($15,000,000) - 440 rooms - Project Superintendent - 27 months
I managed the complete renovation of the Hilton. This included new finishes in 440 guest rooms, main lobby, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms and guest room corridors.

CMAC - $1,500,000 - Superintendent - 3 months
Worked on this national headquarters for a large investment firm (40,000 square feet) which included performing high finish for executive offices and a large data processing center for this Philadelphia firm.
Hangley Aronchik & Segal - $1,000,000 - Superintendent - 2 months
This project took place at One Logan Square in Philadelphia, PA. It included a space of 20,000 square feet on the 12th floor, which consisted of a large quantity of ribbon mahogany, wood trims and doors.
Piper & Marbury - Two Logan Square - $1,000,000 - Superintendent - 2 months
Provided complete demolition and renovation to this 20,000 square foot penthouse suite in Two Logan Square in Philadelphia, PA, which included a high-end cherry finish.
Commonwealth Land Title Building - $500,000 - Superintendent
Performed build out with extensive new steel beam construction for this 20,000 square foot building in Philadelphia.
White & Williams - $300,000 - Superintendent - 2 months
This project included a round-the-clock build out of an interconnecting staircase with paint and stain grade finishes (10,000 feet) for this One Liberty Place firm in Philadelphia, PA
Klett, Lieber, Rooney & Schorling - $450,000 - Superintendent - 6 weeks
Worked for this prestigious law firm based out of Pittsburgh, PA (10,000 square feet). Completed this project in 6 weeks instead of allotted 8, saving time and money for the firm and contractors.
Public Financial Management, Inc. - $200,000 - Superintendent - 10 weeks
Provided complete face-lift for this 20,000 square foot fully occupied floor of this financial advisory firm. The entire project was completed under schedule in just 10 weeks saving client time and money.
