• Led preconstruction planning for 277 & 235 Gold St., Brooklyn. A 13 story, 450,000 sq. ft. reinforced concrete, masonry cavity wall structure, comprised of 510 luxury apartments with amenities including swimming pool, landscape terrace, media room, ground level retail components and parking garage.

• Led the construction of 95 Charles Street. A new 6 story, 2 cellar levels, $6M, 5 Luxury condominium, reinforced concrete, masonry cavity wall construction.
• Managed renovation and construction of 500 West 42nd Street. A $4M, 6 story, 25 apartments, ground floor and lower level retail components, comprised of new structural steel, masonry restoration, new storefront, new electrical, heating, plumbing and all related finish trades.
• Assistant Project Manager for the construction of 215 East 23rd Street. A new $18M, 22 story, 72,000 sq. ft., structural steel, composite deck, masonry cavity wall structure, comprised of 74 apartments with ground floor and lower level retail components. Subsequently, project converted to a dormitory for the School of Visual Arts. Developer is Arthur Leeds Associates.
NORTH GATE CONSTRUCTION, INC, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 1992-1999
Residential Developer and Project Manager
• Residential development project manager responsible for the development of a luxury home development “Northgate Estatesâ€, a 50 lot parcel within the city limits of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Acquired property and applied to the Township Zoning Board to get the land re-zoned to meet current zoning regulations for lot size. Obtained, from the Stroud Township commissioner, final approval of street and utility design. Awarded contract to install the development infrastructure including streets, new sewer lines, storm water drainage. Obtained approvals and permits through the various city agencies. Coordinated installation of utilities with the electric, gas, cable, and telephone companies. Supervised site work for over 20 custom homes in excess of 3,000 sf each. Material takeoff and procurement, selected and scheduled contractors, and inspected all work. Reviewed homebuyers finish selections and design changes during the construction process and resolved all issues. Prepared budget, tracked costs, created and monitored construction schedule. Scheduled and performed walkthroughs and final owner sign-off.
• Developed, constructed, and managed Stroud Plaza, a 13-unit shopping plaza. Additional responsibilities included leasing to commercial tenants and on-going maintenance of the property.
• Multi-Disciplined Carpenter Superintendent responsible for carpentry framing of homes.
