Responsibilities Include: working with Project Management, Facilities Operations Managers, O&M Personnel, Customer Service Office, Engineering Branch and other Facilities Management Division contractors on the various issues including, work in occupied areas, work permits, utility outages, Utilities Control System coordination, road and/or sidewalk closures. Serve as point of contact for field resolution of construction problems, schedule, organize and conduct progress meetings; write and distribute meeting minutes, monitor construction schedules and provide status reports as requested. Receive submittals and Requests for Information from the Construction Administrator and make consolidated recommendations to the Project Manager. Schedule and participate in Operational Readiness Reviews and punchlist inspections and monitor the resolution of punchlist. Conduct constructability reviews of design plans and specifications

Construction Projects
Abrams Road Project-included building of a 6 lane bridge, one mile long and 1 miles of roadway from Park Lane to Kingsley Road. Total cost 4.5 million dollars.
Kingsley Road Project- consisted of a 1 mile long 6 lane concrete roadway. From I-635 to Ferndale Rd.
Total cost 3.5 million dollars.
Edd Road Project- consisted of a 1 mile long 4 lane concrete roadway. From I-175 Hwy. to Garden Grove Rd. Total cost 3.0 million dollars.
