SUMMARY
 Integrated Resource Construction Manager: Led up to 5 superintendents and 300 skilled, multi-trade crafts persons on multiple job sites to achieve in-budget and on-time project delivery.

2008 – 2009 Project Manager: for Zartman Construction Company located in Northumberland, PA. My duties included Project Manager for Hospital Construction. To assure that all of the safety concerns of both the construction company and of the hospital(s) were addressed immediately and resolved. To assure the hospital that we were in compliance at all times with their infectious control Manager and that were constantly monitoring the negative air pressure in the areas in and around the construction zone. To maintain weekly subcontractors meetings with the hospital representative included. To keep the hospital representative updated of any changes in progress schedule and any deviations that may have to be taken, either in or out of scope. To hold a monthly Owner, Architect and contractors meeting, summarizing the progress of the project, the safety issues, and ICRA issues. To update the construction schedule with the owner and architect, to go over the logistics’ log, submittal log, transmittal log, RFI log change order log. Discuss any issues that both the owner and architect may have and make those issues a part of the minutes so that they can be addressed prior to the next meeting. Give the owner and architect a copy of the application for payment and to discuss any issues with the application for payment. I made contact with and schedule inspection with local building inspection departments, The Department of Health (DOH), department of acute and ambulatory care (DAAC). To assure that prior to DOH and DAAC inspections that all work has been completed as per those agencies and that all equipment are in place and are working, and that the area being inspected is Clean as per hospital regulations.
I was laid off due to economic down-turn.

(Residential Retirement Dwellings up to $10 million and up, 4-story w/ full restaurant, work out area, swimming pool, 1, 2 & 3-bdrm units , carports and garages. Some of the sites had perimeter housing. And Alzheimer facilities, Nursing homes.
• Attained an $80 thousand dollar savings for applying modular framing production techniques which resulted in a 21 day reduction in project “turn†time.
• Implemented supplier, hardware, and material substitutions with architect approval and formal specification changes notices resulting in recurring project implementation savings and enhanced on-time delivery to the benefit of our overall project schedule.

• Achieved recognition by OSHA for proper safety riggings applied to a hotel renovation project, which was then published in the OSHA field investigators’ manuals.
• Renovated 15 story hotel, new 5-star restaurant, lounge and pub along with Italian marble entry and lobby. The mezzanine was also completely renovated with new escalators, millwork layout and carpet. All guest rooms refurbished
