National Experience - I have over 25 years experience in construction/project management and have managed projects ranging from small TI work to over $50M call/data centers. I have worked around the nation on some very complex projects including LEED certified build outs, 24/7 operations, medical offices, banks, schools, hospitals, retail stores, airports and hotels. I have been the Project/Construction Manager on many projects including those for companies such as United Health Care, Sprint, Morgan Stanley, Pitney Bowes, SouthTrust Bank, and others.
Proven track record and experience - While working on so many various types of projects and in so many different locations, I have developed extensive skills in communication, organization, project management, estimating, and developing relationships. I have the abilities necessary to read and interpret blueprints and specifications; communicate with architects and engineers, relay those understandings to field superintendents and contractors, and directly communicate with the Owners and developers of the projects.
Entrepreneurial Experience – In my years of experience I have enjoyed titles such as Project Manager, Complex Project Manager, Vice President of Construction Management, LLC Managing Member, and President and CEO.

Selected Skills and Achievements---
• I have worked with executive management of worldwide companies such as Morgan Stanley as PM on two LEED projects totaling over $94M. With “out of the box thinking†and a hands on approach, I was able to bring a savings to them of over $7.5M while in the design process and, as PM, bring the projects in on time and in budget.
• As Project Manager of the due diligence process for South Trust Bank in Houston, TX, I was able to refine the existing process of their branch bank development---beginning with architectural and engineering evaluations. I developed a method through the bid process which led to a savings of $200K on each of 25 branches for a savings to the bank of over $5M.
• I have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, particularly with Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook as wells as some construction project management software programs such as Constructware and various estimating programs.
