DESIGN AND
MANAGEMENT
Design, Construction and Management of any project requires a logic recording system that becomes the database upon which analysis and estimates for cost benefits are realized. As a consultant and a builder, my trained observations of real conditions helped to develop design criteria for each client project through structured recordings and analysis. This information is used appropriately to develop a comprehensive planned growth approach.
Techniques used included, but are not limited to, some of the following:
• Observation and Analysis of existing structure
• Interviews of key managers and operation individuals
• Survey Corporate culture and general task performance
• Developed Charts of Analysis & Comparisons
• Recorded and implemented Planned Growth Programs with Cost / Benefit Analysis Documents.
These techniques not only save money, but provide healthy environments for increased productivity & growth.
FACILITIES DESIGN &
PLANT LAYOUT
My Consulting Services provided comprehensive analysis of Clients operations, their space utilization / work efficiency ratios, analysis of existing conditions resulting in appropriate recommendations for restructuring of manufacturing facilities and/or Office Space Planning then, I drafted plant layouts and drawings to facilitate construction of a new environment and the transition plan to a efficient utilization of available space.
