CCI has and continues to work with developers, contractors and lenders throughout Southern California and Victoria BC, Canada to evaluate their current or proposed real estate projects and look for possible ways to reduce cost, increase efficiencies and when needed cash flow projections to assist in the initial finance or refinance of the construction portion of their existing or proposed mixed use projects.
Our association begins with a broad-based discovery process that looks at a single existing project or in many cases; multiple projects to better determine by line item what comprises the project’s soft cost, hard cost, land and any other cost factor. In addition, we review the original marketing and sales planning, buyer demographics and what ever else contributed to the final product selection and pricing.
Once we have completed the discovery process, we present our findings and recommendations via action and master planning describing how our client can best position or reposition and market their new or existing projects to obtain a more realistic bottom line and acceptable Gross Profits.

There is no substitute for the experienced individual who has the ability to look at a total enterprise any enterprise and understand its overall goals from beginning to end. Create a simple easy to administrate master plan and schedule defining all the elements to be included, the delivery dates and milestones necessary to achieving those goals.
Gather together all the resources needed to articulate that overall process from A to Z, including action plans with time frames that achieve maximum efficiencies and overall accountability. While consistently maintaining predetermined budgets and recognizable positive results.
