 Villa Luisa, Miami Beach. 18 unit, boutique style condominium, 7 stories, $85,000,000.00 total project. My responsibilities on this project were to complete the certificate of occupancy inspections with the City of Miami Beach.
 Dadeland Towers, Dadeland. 29 story shell office building, $69,000,000.00 total project. I was also the lead contact on the certificate of occupancy inspections for this close out.
