Qualifications
Initially employed as a carpenter, I was quickly promoted to carpenter foreman where I gained valuable
leadership skills. From this position, I accepted a promotion to assistant project superintendent and
was subsequently offered the position of superintendent in a variety of multi-million dollar/large square
footage commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects. In my role as a project
superintendent, I was directly responsible for project construction, supervision all trades and
subcontractors, quality performance goals and metrics, and timely completion of the project. Further
responsibilities included recruiting talented labor, deployment personnel assets, layout of accurate lines
and grading, and verifying dimensions within the construction drawings as they relate to shop drawings
were accurate. In this role, it was imperative that I kept the project manager fully informed as to the
progression of the construction activity via direct report. As a superintendent, safety and accident
control are of paramount concern, so I regularly had safety meetings and implemented effective safety
programs.

Sept. 81 to Dec. 01: The Haskell Company, Jacksonville, FL. 32218. I started work as a carpenter, was
reassigned as carpenter foreman and then moved to assistant superintendent before being promoted to
superintendent in a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects.

Aug. 02 -July, 04: Job Superintendent for Foley & Associates Construction Co., Daytona, FL. As Job
superintendent, I was in charge of two subordinate superintendents, one assistant superintendent and
subcontractor. A total of 4 buildings were involved in this project, each were three stories high, 66-unit
condominiums. This job involved post-tension slab with block wall work.

32204. I was responsible for the supervising all trades and subcontractors toward quality performance
goals and timely completion as well as directly in charge of safety and accident control.
