As Owner Manager of Thomas Willinger Associates responsibilities ranged from establishing new Clientele, managing daily business functions, coordinating work of other trades and that of company employees while working side by side as a skilled trade person. The company was a Building and Design Construction Company specializing in cottage and house renovations. Work ranged from kitchen additions to reconstruction of existing facades matching original design. Projects were very diverse in nature and required innovative solutions and working with government agencies such as the Department of Natural Resources and Department of Environmental Quality to obtain approval. In the short life span of the company over ten small to medium size projects had been successfully completed.
