Marketing – Price determination and pricing strategy, value engineering, community reviews and roll outs, customer service and satisfaction (JD Powers).
Experience – Started out as a labor in the field and learnt to handle the tools in all aspects of construction such as framing, concrete, masonry, interior finishes, site work, operate heavy equipment, handling all aspects of government and military contracts. As a field manager was responsible for the building of multiple residential homes, multiple multi-family buildings, or land development.
