Vice President of Operations. Accountable for all field operations including a staff of 48 Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents. Provided operational input to all field staff on active projects as well as the Preconstruction and Business Development teams during project pursuits. Maintained fiscal oversight for all project-related costs to ensure budget goals were consistently attained. Provided input for preconstruction pursuits in the form of Site Logistics planning, General Conditions studies, Scheduling, bid strategy and subcontractor selection. • The Tower Condominiums, Fort Worth, Texas – Renovation of the tornado damaged Bank One building into luxury condominiums.
