• Initiated dialog and formed strategic partnerships with three construction companies, resulting in collaboration utilizing partners bonding capacity and HMD’s contacts to both broaden market base and significantly increase sales opportunities, allowing for bonding of up to $25 million per project.
• Invited by General Electric to become pre–qualified to construct projects, joining a select few construction companies invited to do so.
• Authored business plan with detailed financial projections, created all marketing materials, and performed all estimating and sales for HMD Group.
