Focus is multi-residential projects.

o Blakeway Apartments / Condominiums an affordable four-plex / eight-plex housing community on Daniel Island. Contract value $15 million.
o 100 Pier View Condominiums A 136-Unit Podium Style Luxury Condominium project on Daniel Island. Contract Value $28 million.
o Alexan Wellborn Village Apartments – A 312-unit A+ garden style apartment community in Ladson, SC. Contract Value $22 million.
o Alexan Withers Preserve Apartments – A 288-unit A+ garden style apartment community currently under construction in Myrtle Beach, SC. Contract Value $21 million

 Managed all operations of Okatie Construction (Razor’s Custom Home Division) building custom homes in Belfair golf community including home of Belfair Developer John Reed. Contract values ranged from $450,000-$1,500,000.
 Prepared estimate and coordinated construction start-up of the Legends at Port Royal a 119 unit garden style apartment community on Hilton Head Island, SC built under the HUD 221(d) (4) program.
 Coordinated all turnkey framing operations for Razor in the DR Horton communities in Bluffton, SC
