• Completely reorganized the Arizona Division of Legacy Propane returning it to desired margin target while renewing the focus on safety, productivity and market growth.

• Led team through 7 acquisitions and 2 development projects that substantially reduced operating cost by allowing us to reroute 250 routes, improve route efficiencies as well as service delivery.

• Through acquisitions grew MIKA Management’s Holdings from $1.4 million to $19 million in revenues operating in three states. Before successful sale of all service business holdings.
