• Collaborated with local designer on design, fabrication, and installation of numerous interior environments: tea salons, residences, restaurants. Responsibilities ranged from spatial planning, selection of interior tapestries and fabrics, design and fabrication of custom furniture and the creation and distribution of marketing materials promoting the design work.

LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER & ARCHITECT III – Acted as team lead designer for numerous high-profile projects. Travelled extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients, establish project priorities, develop project schedules, and manage the development of detailed construction documents with team members and consultants. Selected Projects Include:
• THE CITY CENTER COMPLEX, LAS VEGAS: This high-profile, $8 Billion development in Las Vegas’ famous ‘strip’ entailed fast-track designs for a variety of project programs, including The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Executive Offices and Employee Lunchroom, Sage Bar, VIP Poker Room, Roasted Bean Coffee Shop, Bar Moderno, and Elevator Lobbies. Worked closely with manufacturers to develop custom materials for unique applications.
2006 KRAEMER DESIGN GROUP – DETROIT, MICHIGAN
ARCHITECT II – Managed team members and consultants to design and develop architectural schemes that met client needs and aspirations. Oversaw development of all projects from schematic design thru project completion, including the development of detailed construction documents. Selected Projects Include:
• THE BRODERICK TOWER RENOVATION: Lead effort of surveying and documenting all interiors of a vacant 36-storey high-rise in the central business district of Detroit and subsequently the development of construction documents for the rehabilitation of this historic landmark. The project proposes the reuse of this former commercial tower into luxury condominiums.
• HOTEL BARONETTE, NOVI: Interior renovation and transformation of a 2 star into 4 star hotel.
2003-2005 HUSTVEDT CUTLER ARCHITECTS – NEW YORK, NEW YORK
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ARCHITECT – Designed and developed detailed construction documents for residential and commercial developments. Managed all phases of work from schematic design to project completion. Selected Projects Include:
• BRENNAN-REXER RESIDENCES: 3000 SF residential loft in historic industrial building in Tribeca, New York
• GIFFORD RESIDENCES: 3400 SF, full renovation and replanning of 150 year old apartment in the Upper East Side of New York City
• MOSLER & GAZDAK RESIDENCE: Tribeca Penthouse Renovation for an art collector, involved custom design of numerous millwork details.
• BERLIN CAMERON OFFICES: 30 000 SF existing office space transformed for new clients with different program needs and aspirations: coordination of office systems furniture, new HVAC, custom carpet design and selection of all FF&E items
• ROSENBERG & BECKMANN OFFICES: growing Midtown, New York City law practice required re-planning of existing office space.

• ISABELLA ROSSELLINI RESIDENCE: Complete transformation of existing penthouse apartment to fit new program and client needs.
• LLOYD RESIDENCE: Lincoln Center Penthouse residence was transformed to accommodate unique needs of a renowned art collector’s collection.
