Project Manager
Completed ten Costco Warehouse and Gas Station projects throughout the United States. Work included all site work, shell and core construction and interior build-out. All projects were completed with an aggressive schedule of 110 days. Responsible for the overall success of the projects. Duties included bid preparation, buyout negotiations, Subcontract and Change Order preparation, review of estimates, submittal review, monthly billing,s and maintaining Subcontractor and Client relationships.
LEASE CRUTCHER LEWIS, Seattle, WA 1998 – 2001
Project Manager
Completed a design/build renovation project in Moses Lake, WA for the $20 Million Genie Industries Manufacturing Facility. Supervised a team of six office personnel including Project Engineers and Administrative Staff. This project received the AGC of Washington Excellence in Construction Award in 2001.
FERGUSON CONSTRUCTION, Seattle, WA 1993 – 1998
Project Manager and Project Engineer
Provided project management and field engineering on a diverse range of commercial construction projects including shell and core, renovation and interior build outs. Projects included the $20MM Noll Manufacturing Facility and Office Building, the $20MM three story Costco Office Building #02 and the City of Issaquah Pickering Barn Renovation Project.

Sustaining account at the Boeing Everett Plant performing industrial and commercial renovations in an operating facility. Work included precise equipment setting, clean rooms, office renovations and structural modifications to building structure and overhead cranes.
