* ENTERPRISE PARK-Three site cast tilt up warehouse
buildings, approx 452,000 SF on two separate sites
on 27 acres, including full site development. The
walls of the buildings incorporated the largest
quantity of recycled concrete used through 2008.
The recycled concrete came from the runways of the
old Stapleton Airport in Denver. This project
included a small low voltage turbine power
generator system. $17.6M
* LIMA RIDGE PROFESSIONAL CENTER-Eight site cast tilt
up one-story office buildings, approx 107,000 SF, on
18 acres of full site development. $9.4M
* ARVADA MARKETPLACE EAST-Remodel of approx 50,000
SF of existing retail space into a Floor-N-Decor
retail tile warehouse. $0.75M
* DALLAS STREET EXTENSION-New street including
utilities and paving, $0.3M
* NOBEL SYSCO WAREHOUSE-Remodel of an existing dry
and cold storage warehouse back to a core & shell
condition, including removal of existing interior
and exterior coolers and conversion of the main
electrical service from a primary to secondary

* LARKRIDGE POWER RETAIL CENTER-Core & Shell building
approx 180,000 SF. I took this project over from the
original manager due to many unresolved issues that
could have caused significant delays and cost
overruns. All these delays and overruns were
mitigated. $4.4M

* PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS
* GOLDEN MAINTENANCE & ADMINISTRATION FACILITY-New
maintenance and administration facility, including
site selection.analysis. Six new buildings, two
materials storage structures and complete site
development. The new administration building is a
12,000 square foot two-story building.
* THE CENTER FOR DEPENDENCY, ABUSE AND REHABILITATION-
New dependency abuse rehabilitation center. The
project consists of five new buildings and the
renovation of one existing historic building on a 12
acre site with all new infrastructure at the
Fitzsimmons Medical Campus.
* BELMAR BLOCKS 4A AND 4B-Two new core and shell
buildings. Building 4A is an 80,000 square foot big
box, multiple tenant retail building. Building 4B is
a 12,000 square foot strip retail building.
* GUANELLA RESERVOIR WATER STORAGE FACILITY-New water
storage earthen dam facility, including a slurry
wall cut off structure, up to 100’ deep, beneath the
dam.
* LONE TREE MAINTENACE FACILITY-8,000 square foot pre-
engineered maintenance facility.
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS
* GOLDEN RECREATION CAMPUS-The Splash Outdoor Aquatic
Park and the Fossil Trace Golf Course Clubhouse,
including a zero depth entry leisure pool with two
100’+ slides, multiple aquatic play features, a
spray park, a locker building, a concession building
and an eight-lane competition lap pool of diving
depth. The clubhouse includes a full service kitchen
with dining facilities, snack bar, pro shop and golf
cart storage in the basement. The contract for the
Splash was finalized in December and the park opened
in late May. $8.0M
* FOOTHILLS AQUATICS PARKS-Two new outdoor aquatics
parks, Weaver Hollow and Deer Creek, built
simultaneously. Each site includes a zero depth
entry leisure/lap pools, 100’+ slides, many
aquatic play features and concession/operation and
locker buildings. $5.0M
* BERKELEY LOFTS-New four-story concrete and wood
frame building, with retail on the ground floor and
30 for sale loft type units on the upper floors.
Rather than frame on site, we panelized all the
framed walls off site and trucked to the site, thus
solving a site logistics problem in a very cost
effective manner. $5.0M
