I am very committed to safety not only from a personnel standpoint but environmentally as well. A ‘hands-on†manager with excellent people skills who enjoys being out on the production floor. I have been successful over the years leading people to safely and efficiently complete plant and corporate goals. I am a very hard working, loyal and dedicated person who will do whatever is required to get the job completed safely and on time. If permitted, I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves and getting involved with whatever needs my attention. Spending time out on the production floor allows me to get to know my team, learn the process and perform safety audits.
During my career I have successfully completed training and practiced Safety, SPC, TQM, 6-S, LEAN, AIB, GMP, HACCP, UDSA, FDA, JIT, KRONOS, RCA, TPM, SMED, ISO 9002, OSHA and EPA annual reporting. In the new industries entered I have been successful in learning these processes in a short period of time.
I get along with all levels of the organization to become a valued asset. Look forward to discussing this opportunity in more detail in the near future. I appreciate your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Gary Rogers
