Responsibilities include the development of fleet administration standards and vehicle operating policies; assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reports on operating costs; assist in the purchase or lease of vehicles and equipment; and control over maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of vehicle and equipment. Collaborated with company owners and president in shouldering accountability for all business assets, risk, and finances, through management of three primary functions: Director of Safety, Worker’s Compensation Manager, and Fleet Manager.
