I am a seasoned construction professional with experience in all types of commercial and residential construction projects. I am currently seeking a construction management position and will relocate as the job requires. • Fully experienced team player who has successfully completed over 30 projects.
• Construction manager with past experience building churches, hotels, condominiums, restaurants, Post Offices, assisted-living facilities, apartment complexes, multi-family communities and high value custom residential, locally as well as in remote locations.
• Proficient in all Site-work including; Site Clearing, Underground utilities, concrete and asphalt roadways, parking lots, and cast in place concrete retaining walls.
• Experienced in structural concrete piling, post-tension, hollow core plank and Epicore floor systems.

• Planned, organized, and directed all activities for the construction of projects of up to 4 stories utilizing wood frame, concrete block, hollow core plank, Epicore, cast in place concrete and structural steel systems. Supervised all MEP systems, elevators, interior and exterior finish trades, swimming pools, road ways, paving, and site drainage systems. Performed all daily field supervision, received material deliveries, project documentation, hosted staff meetings and executed project quality control.
• Analyzed job specifications to develop Critical Path Method for all construction of projects using logical steps with time allocation and budget allowances to meet required deadlines. Successful completion of projects exceeding $23M in hard costs.
• Conferred with various field trade supervisors, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers and other design professionals to interpret project scope, to produce projects contracted specifications. Worked to resolve complex construction issues and solve work disagreements via negotiations or mediation.
• Monitored all projects and revised schedules to compensate for the effects of delays, resulting from labor or material shortages, weather, and other onsite emergencies.
• Responsible for on-site safety inspections and weekly subcontractor safety reviews to monitor compliance with OSHA construction and NFPA life safety codes.

Experienced in negotiating revisions, changes, additions and modifications in Scope of Work to meet changing specifications of owners, architects, engineers or local jurisdictions. • Responsible for project documentation including all plans, estimates, schedules, bidding, contracts, RFIs, RFPs, communications, planning, organizing, scheduling work, and compilation of project historical data and final closeout.
• Analyzed blueprints and other documentation to prepare time and material costs, labor estimates, and Value-Engineering of products and services. Maintained and tracked actual project costs utilizing Primavera P3, SureTrak, and MS Project.
• Utilized computer based programs to prepare schedules, cost / expenditure reports to provide project weekly and quarterly status updates to management and owners.
