 As Regional Vice President of Operations for Centex Homes setup CAD, estimating and purchasing for regional operations supporting 3 divisions that within 6 months had 60 plan sets completely reconfigured from DeskCAD to AutoCAD with new design specifications. As a result, only region of 4 regions to successfully make transition within targeted time frame.
 Turned around a struggling division, ranked 7th out of 8 divisions, in 18 months, while accomplishing the following 4 items: 1) Grew operational profitability from 26.4% to 31.8% in volume; 2) Raised closings from 109 to 126; 3) increased customer satisfaction ratings from 70% to 98%; and 4) Achieved a regional ranking that placed division in #1 and #2 positions in all operational areas.
