 Construction Mgmt duties included coordinating new store construction and expansions to existing/operational stores. Coordinated all pre-bid meetings with GC’s. During construction monitored construction activity, schedules, resolved construction issues. Ensured punch-list items, compliance issues and closeouts were completed in a timely manner. Developed positive working relationships with GC’s, AE’s, Subs, Testing Agencies, Store Planning, Store Mgmt and Local Gov. Officials. Processed pay apps, invoices and change orders. To date at WLMT I have constructed Neighborhood Markets, Sam’s Clubs and have been involved in 40+ Wal-Mart Stores. Projects ranged from 6-20 million. Managed up to 15 stores under construction at a time.
 As a compliance manager managed storm-water pollution prevention as required by a consent decree with the EPA. Confirmed GC’s adherence to strict controlled access policies and adherence to OSHA regulations.

 Project Officer for Public Assistance work for FEMA in West Palm Beach.
 In Vero Beach and Pensacola Provided Project and Construction expertise in the installation of temporary housing for families displaced caused by the hurricane damage. Working in the coordination of activities between FEMA, State, County and City Officials and various communities and their leaders. Project costs ranged in the hundreds of millions.

 Provided Project and Construction Management Services for the initial construction/contractor mobilization for the Harold Washington College Renovation Project for the PBC of Chicago. Project was a 21 Million, fast track 22-month, 4 phases and consisted of renovating 11 floors.
