As a partner/COOin Montaluce, LLC, I led the team to create a 400 Acre winery, vineyard, fine dining restaurant and housing development. Directly manage all marketing, construction teams, concept development, sales team, public relations, social media, brand image, and events.
• Concept Development and Implementation- Initiated and developed concept for mixed use 400 acre community to include winery, fine dining restaurant, homes, amenities, and vineyards. Successfully implemented concept from inception to completion
• Government Relations- Zoning, government relations, and permitting initiatives. Also led team for all licensing for winery, restaurant, and wine distribution.
