Key Projects:
• Gregory Ranch Office Condominiums: Single-handedly designed and developed permit drawings for two 20,000 SF office buildings. Worked closely with Construction PM, Client and Brentwood Design Review Board to achieve optimum balance between design, cost and schedule.
• Paragon (192 unit) Apartments Complex: Played a multi-faceted role thereby eliminating the need for job captains and designers.
› Designed the exterior elevations to meet shear requirements and façade aesthetics.
› Worked with the Prefab Roof Subcontractor to develop roof layout satisfying aesthetic and building code requirements.
› Acted as main liaison between Landscape Architect and Civil Engineer to develop landscape, site and parking design.

• Santa Clara University Tension Membrane Structure: Developed preliminary design sketches for a 2,000 SF tension membrane outdoor dining structure to enable an accurate construction cost estimate.

• Foothill College Football Stadium Lockers and Restrooms Buildings: Managed the 8,000 SF (combined building SF) project from conception to permit, including conducting client meetings, facilitating agreements between diverse and conflicting groups of end users. Supervised 2-person drafting staff and directed workflow from schematic design phase to permit submission to DSA.
• Foothill College Maintenance Buildings: Designed and oversaw the 5,500 SF building project. Worked closely with cost estimating firm DLA to balance costs and end user needs through all 4 design phases. Conducted meetings with DSA to grandfather project in to campus wide accessibility planning.
• Claremont McKenna College Dorms: Directed a 4-person drafting team to develop construction documents for 4 new dorms (total 13,000 SF) and remodel of 4 existing dorms (total 40,000 SF).

Key Projects:
• Onyx Pharmaceuticals Remodel: Developed the schematic layout for the class 10 lab, R & D areas to facilitate phase 3 clinical trials of new cancer drug. Approx. 10,000 SF remodel also included employee open office areas, break rooms and conference rooms.
• Aradigm Corp. Master Plan: Developed the facilities master plan via meetings and interviews with end users.

• Packard Foundation LEED Gold Projects: Assisted the project manager through construction drawings and construction administration of 2 Packard Foundation Projects, totaling more than 200,000 SF of interior remodel.
• Packard Foundation Facilities Master Plan: Part of 3 person team interviewing user groups, conducting code analyses, city zoning reviews and developing the graphics and tabulations for a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan for the Packard Foundation.
