My experience in the construction industry consist of both hands on and administrative service. As an administrator, I have had managerial experience as a Chief Estimator, Estimator/Expediter, Job Superintendent, Job Site Foreman and Residential Builder. As a tradesman, I am a Journeyman Carpenter experienced in concrete, rough framing, roofing, siding, insulating, metal studs & drywall, trim carpentry, etc.
Experiences, as an estimator, would include preparing, submitting and setting up hard bid projects. My responsibilities have included building and maintaining client relationships and providing pre-construction services, such as conceptual estimating, preparing specifications, trade scopes of work and bid packages, setting said projects up for hard bids, reviewing and awarding contracts, and assisting project managers via support services throughout the construction of said projects.
