Engineers (OAE) mixed-use design/build project
needed aggressive management to be brought in on
time. Coordinating efforts of 40 design firms,
83 tenants and three jurisdictions, revised
design to meet needs of tenants and municipal
planning officials while accelerating
construction. Enabled sale of project to key
strategic partner at $45M profit to OAE parent.
Built new division, successfully penetrating
untapped market segments. Curry Bradaw needed to
broaden beyond dependence on cookie-cutter-
designed assisted living facilities. Built
project team and new practice to capture wider
healthcare segment with focus on custom designs.
