Experience Summary:
I have always taken the lead in business development and broadening of our customer base. I have always led the pre-construction team; I am a firm believer that proper constructability reviews and proper pre-construction coordination the majority of potential problems will be avoided. Training and developing of the subordinates have always been one of my focuses. By creating project-specific work teams, I made sure of the overall quality of each project constructed under my supervision. Thus I have left the lasting impression of a job well done in all my teammates.
As it is with majority of the construction projects, dispute-prone nature of the construction industry requires attention to details. I have always devoted a lot of time to create an environment so that we can systematically resolve construction conflicts, before it gets out of hand. I have created a forward-looking systemic approach to case management that integrates technical services, financial analysis, and business conditions to form expert opinions that are based on knowledge, collection of data, and defensible methodology.
My responsibilities have improved thru my professional life. I started as a superintendent for an international company, building track housing and moving on to more sophisticated buildings. After completing my studies at (Masters in Cal Poly Pomona and Bachelors in Pacific States University (while I had done my General studies in Sharif University) I started working for Mechanical design firms in USA, some 20 years ago.
Upon gaining the working knowledge of mechanical systems and graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with Masters Degree in Operations Management (1988), I started working for Mechanical contractor’s in which I gained valuable experience in installation and operation of the total mechanical systems. All throughout my management and senior management positions I have proven track record of completed projects on time, within budget and with integrity. Repeat clients for me are not a rarity.
A key element for the success of any construction project is the manner in which a management group organizes and prepares for executing the work. My approach to the project begins by preparing and assembling the procedures and controls required for managing the work. These documents include the construction execution plan, construction schedule, the subcontracting plan, the safety and security procedures, materials receiving and quality assurance procedure, and all other procedures required by the specifics of the job. The next step consists of assembling a qualified project team with the experience necessary to execute the project. This team will combine the required on-site field personnel with our regional office support structure, working with mechanical and general contractor’s management team to successfully execute the project.
Teamwork and partnership aren\'t just words to me. Whether it’s a new or long-term client or any of our industry partners - I know that strong, mutually beneficial relationships are the single most important factor to the successful completion of every project that I deliver.
These relationships provide more than a happy ending; they make the journey to that end a mutually rewarding process.
