Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager/Estimator
RHC Inc. is a self-performing construction company with approximately 65 employees. I am presently employed there as a Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager and Estimator. Currently I am finalizing the completion of a $1.2 million church expansion and overseeing a $1.9 million church remodel and several other smaller projects totaling over $250k. One of my responsibilities is to manage the carpenter labor work force for RHC Inc., which consist of around 10 employees. When my schedule permits I also take on estimating duties. As an Assistant Project Manager my responsibilities include: job coding, approval of time cards and invoices, requesting RFI’s, processing submittals and forecasting for billings. As a Superintendent I am responsible for scheduling sub-contractors and vendors, procuring materials, ensuring the safety and security of the job site, forecasting and adjusting the construction schedule, communicating daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, pulling permits and requesting building inspections.
