Met with and negotiated contracts with ownership of our clients. Involved with marketing to obtain prospective clients including meetings and presentations. This involves showing Regency’s different divisions including Renewable Energy and Tax Engineering, Knowledge of Solar installations including financing and Power Purchase Agreements and lease financing of solar projects.
2005 to 2008 AIMCO Irvine, CA
Senior Director of Construction
Managed Pacific Division for a REIT with holdings of over 1 million units. Duties were to oversee staff of project managers that performed varying sizes of construction projects in the Pacific Region that was comprised of over one hundred properties. Conducted Bi-monthly operational meetings with the regional vice presidents of the three regional operation centers in the Pacific Division.

Project Manager on a $12 million Elementary School for LAUSD. Responsibilities include writing and issuing contracts to subcontractors, conducted weekly on site meetings with the Architect and Owners Representative, negotiated change orders with both Owners Representative and subcontractor\'s. Prepared cost loaded schedule on P3 and maintained it on a weekly bases.

Returned to FHP at the request of the vice president to play a lead role in the estimating department and help develop procedures for the estimating department.
