Effectively managed project close out tasks and any warranty work
Managed all subcontractors and suppliers performance, issued all documentation including change orders.
Execute in coordinating the work of multiple trades in the field and schedule all building department inspections.
Reviewed and adhered with all contract documents, plans, specifications and addendums, contracts, change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI’s, scheduling and all submittals.
Provided aggressive management to adhere within a timely completion of project. Responsible for all field executions, direct, coordinate and monitor all subcontractors.
