To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Paul Bundschu since 2008 in the HVAC industry in the Nashville, TN market. While his main business has been the Residential New Construction market, Paul has also been successful in the Add-On Replacement market.
As in most markets in the country, this area slowed down in the RNC part during the last few years. Paul was one of the most successful people in pursuing and landing new business. He was able to outsell and take business in the National Builder Market, Local Builder Market, and High End Custom Home Market while the market was down itself.
He has had a vast knowledge in general manager duties down to sales, installation management, price negotiation, codes compliance, etc… His experience is well rounded for any HVAC position that he wants to pursue, and I can vouch that his work ethic is second to none.
I consider Paul a very good friend and I have much respect for him. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
