Designed, renovated, built-out, remodeled and revitalized retail, medical, and office commercial /institutional properties and custom, single-family homes valued up to $2.5 million, ranging from 1200 to 7000 sq. ft. throughout five-county area. Managed estimating, bid preparation, drafting of plans and project scheduling. Supervised all phases of construction; hired and managed subcontractors. Consulted with clients to craft design, modifications and change orders. Sourced and negotiated terms with suppliers, ordered materials, ensured quality specifications were met and coordinated on-time delivery. • Developed and owned 36 acre, 43-lot residential, gated community in Keystone Heights, oversaw all aspects of infrastructure improvements.
