The South Residence (5-stories) and East Residence (7-stories) are Type 1 steel frame skilled nursing facilities. Both have a cement plaster exterior with punched windows and storefront entrances. The Link Building is a 4-story, Type 1 steel frame structure with a curtain wall exterior, houses food service, patient services and two indoor therapy pools. The New Hospital Site Improvements (NHSI) package includes landscape, hardscape and site utilities for the new buildings.
