Expertise is based on more than 30 years of experience in the construction and development businesses in three countries and more than thirty states, successfully managing both office and field construction operations. Will travel or relocate as projects may require.

Responsible for de Oplossing, Inc. general contracting, construction management, and contract completion activities. Participated in consulting and claims preparation activities. Developed detailed estimating spreadsheet and prepared all estimates for the company. Managed completion of projects for bonding companies in seven states including seven educational facilities valued at $88 million, government offices, correctional facilities, jet fuel utility corridor at Miami International Airport, hotels, state park, fire stations, and country club. Managed development of, and provided construction management of residential townhome project, and of a seven story mixed use office and condominium building with three story parking garage. Senior Project Manager, Walton Construction Company, Inc., Marietta, Georgia (www.waltonbuilt.com) October 1994 – November 1999. Prepared estimates and bids for thirty-eight hotels built by Walton Hospitality Division in twelve states and in Puerto Rico. Project manager of twelve of the hotels Walton constructed. Obtained and held general contractor’s licenses for Walton Construction Company in five states.
Steel Erection Supervisor, Azul Group, Quito Ecuador, October 1993 – September 1994. Supervised the erection, by a Bolivian erection crew, of multiple pre-engineered building structures at three oil processing facilities in the jungle of eastern Ecuador.
