Housing (UEPH), Fort Bragg North Carolina, Specifications for a new 540 person, 5 story Transient (student) Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH). Final design has been submitted, and construction is underway. $21.5 million. Burgess & Niple
Army tank maintenance and training facilities, Fort Benning, Georgia. Specifications for a Vehicle Maintenance Instructional Facility and several Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities. Facilities are designed to exact requirements for training mechanics and repairing Bradley tanks and were coordinated with an infrastructure project with several future phases. This project is a design-build fast track with design documents in 8 parts. Facility final design has been submitted and construction is underway. $37 million. Burgess & Niple
