• Responsible for project assessment, preparation and presentation of projects to various government agencies for zoning, tax abatement and other necessary governmental approvals.
• Projects ranged from the development and construction of Sixty Spring Condominiums, from a 1920’s Parcel Post facility to a 105 unit condominium project; the development and construction of an auto mall, consisting of 5 dealerships, in Franklin, Tennessee; the development, sales and construction of a 613 unit condominium project in Panama City Beach, Florida; and the reconstruction of the Jeffrey Manufacturing World Headquarters, built in the 1920’s, into a high-end 150 unit condominium and rental project.

• Managed the project construction, engineering and related functions on the Beggs Building, a reconstruction of a 15 story 1930’s office building into a 23 story, 235,000 sq. ft. office and retail development, with a 300 car parking garage.
• Coordinated designs and drawings with architects and engineers, reviewed drawings for accuracy and developed project specifications and deadlines. Performed engineering and feasibility studies before and during the land acquisition stages of projects.
• Other notable projects consisted of the redevelopment of various buildings in the Columbus Historic Brewery District, The Worly Building, The Ice House and The Ice Machine buildings, all constructed in the 1800’s and converted into office space.
