Iron Mountain Mine (IMM) Closure - Spring Creek Sediment Remediation / EPA Region 9 Project Manager responsible for the design and construction of a remediation project for the Spring Creek Arm of the Keswick Reservoir located north of Redding, California. The Keswick reservoir system received low pH water from the IMM Superfund site contaminated with heavy metals from past mining operations. The Spring Creek Sediment Remediation project removed contaminated sediments situated in the Spring Creek Arm of the Keswick Reservoir. The project included the construction of the project infrastructure which will include the Confined Disposal Facility (CDF), the sediment conveyance pipeline, slurry pump stations, water supply piping, a Chemical Lime Neutralization Plant, and a Polymer Blending Plant, which were used to facilitate the precipitation of the heavy metals from the slurry mixture. The project provided for the removal of sediments in Spring Creek by means of a Hydraulic Dredging Operation. The project included the manufacturing of the process equipment and construction of the site infrastructure including commissioning of the system. The dredged slurry underwent chemical treatment as part of the pumping operation allowing the metals to precipitate out of solution and be deposited in the CDF. The project management responsibilities included; Project Submittals , Site Mobilization, Contractor Coordination, Equipment Procurement including the Chemical Lime Neutralization Treatment Plant, the Polymer Mixing Plant and the Packaged Slurry Pump Skids. Construction included field erection of the packaged equipment plants and pump stations, site utilities construction and connection of the Treatment Plants and the slurry pump stations to the fused HPDE conveyance pipe and the CDF.

Kraft Foods, Inc. / New Regional Distribution Facilities - Project Manager responsible for the overall project design management of the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, refrigeration and electrical design teams for four regional refrigerated distribution facilities. The new refrigerated facilities are located in Aurora, IL, Haslet, TX, Columbus, OH and Bethlehem, PA. The construction of these regional refrigerated distribution warehouses allowed for the consolidation of the finished product to larger, more logistically centered locations. The building construction consisted of both conventional steel frame and tilt-up precast concrete walls, insulated metal panel walls and a mechanically fastened EPDM roof system. Westside Industrial Park / Stone Mountain Industrial Park, Inc. - Project Engineer responsible for all site civil engineering design and regulatory agency permitting for an 861 acre Development of Regional Impact (DRI) mixed- use commercial/industrial park located in Duval County, Florida. The Westside Industrial Park was design and permitted to allow for the construction of 9,000,000 SF of Light Industrial, 2,000,000 SF of General Office and 80,000 SF of Commercial development.
